Customer Service

  • Ensure that the team possess a thorough knowledge of the company and products.
  • Ensure that all Stylists are able to communicate effectively of the product features and benefits and be able to advise customers on fashion choices and matching.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every customer, meet SEAMS expectation to deliver Mystery Shopper results as well as promote and drive Red Tab Membership Program.
  • Positive attitude and motivate team spirit to achieving sales target.
  • Being the role model consistently deliver excellent customer service by ensuring a good management presence at the store at all times.

Store Operations

  • Read, understand, and abide the Store Operational guidelines and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Organize promotions/events to clear past seasonal stocks. Counter checking the stock and maintain an effective stock management system.
  • Support and assist in store clearance promotions.
  • Implement and support effective retail operations functions and priorities by developing and tracking monthly, seasonal and annual store plans.
  • Maintain a firm control over security risks to prevent potential theft or loss, and report to company and or the authorities of any further risks beyond the store’s capability.
  • Evaluate weekly and monthly store key performance and sell thru information to highlight customer behavior within the store area, and provide the information to HQ as input towards decision making.
  • Conduct daily briefing to keep the team on track in delivering the weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Counter act to competitor activity by adjusting store sales, visual merchandising and, marketing tactics.
  • Ensure the store sales and inventory position is recorded and accurate in the POS system consistently.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness in the store.

Merchandising / Display

  • Ensure that team members are well verse application of visual merchandising standards.
  • Observe the team members’ application of visual merchandising standards and providing feedback according to the guidelines.

Team Development

  • Empowered team leadership.
  • Share with the team members on any new information (new product info, company and service requirements) in order to perform their duties effectively.
  • Counseling and guiding new hires and other team members as and when necessary.
  • Help team members in answering customers queries or dealing with difficult customers
  • Coach poor performers to achieve results/expectations, and collaborate with HR handle disciplinary issues in an appropriate manner.
  • Educate the team members on store KPIs and the Mystery Shopper standards, and coach them on how to continually improve results.
  • Provide guidance to team members and individuals in the resolution of conflict that will hamper the overall team spirit.
  • Motivate new and existing employees toward excellent performance, and assist in their development and training such as customer service and store operations.
  • Provide constructive inputs on team members’ performance and recommending areas for improvement.

Administrative

  • Submit monthly individual’s punch card, overtime claims form, new hire job application form, medical and or other misc claims to the company for payroll processing.
  • Prepare team members’ duty roaster.
