Job Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Seek and develop potential tenants:
- Ensure a proper tenant in line with business strategy and market demand, and seek suitable tenant based on market research
2. Manage relationships with tenants:
- To handle tenant’s queries and other related matters, manage leasing contract
3. Market Survey:
- To conduct a market survey on the latest retail trend and to propose to Management on suitable concept for the Mall
4. Manage mall operation:
- To review tenant’s revenue performance and to assist in production report analysis, leasing contract, and administrative duties
- To monitor tenants’ daily operations and assist with their daily operation matters if necessary
5. Tenancy Matter:
- To assist in following up the Tenancy Agreement for new and renewal cases
- To assist in rental collection
- To prepare relevant legal documentation including Tenancy Agreement / Contract
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of working experience in mall operation and leasing.
- Experience in retail and shopping mall management is an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Good command in Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook)
