As a warm and compassionate Therapist at our center, your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing clients' needs, abilities, and behaviors through various methods, tests, interviews, and direct observation.
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing ABA/EIP/Occupational Therapy techniques.
- Administering qEEG guided neurofeedback brain training and brain entrainment to individuals, both adults, and children, experiencing emotional, learning, and stress-related disorders. (with training and support from experienced Neurofeedback Trainers)
- Gathering QEEG data for interpretation and translation into a brain map.
- Overseeing the execution of the Neurofeedback training plan.
- Collaborating with physicians and specialists to develop and implement effective treatment and intervention programs.
- Conducting client interviews and diagnostic tests.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, nurses, and other professionals, to deliver comprehensive medical and counseling services.
- Devising and monitoring appropriate treatment programs, including therapy, counseling, or advice, in collaboration with colleagues.
- Tracking, charting, and monitoring patients' training sessions and symptomatic progress.
If you meet the following criteria, this role might be a perfect match for you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology/Neuroscience/Cognitive Science.
- Experience working with individuals of all ages with neurological or neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Proficiency in ABA/EIP/Occupational Therapy.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and service management skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a role with significant responsibility.
Bonus points if you:
- Bring positivity and enthusiasm to the table.
- Have previous experience in providing neurofeedback.
- Possess a solid understanding of neurophysiology and neuroanatomy.
- Are familiar with EEG brain waves and their functions.
- Have experience with qEEG brain mapping and guided neurofeedback brain training.
- Possess a good command of Chinese language.
