Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems, standards, and processes throughout the production and maintenance work.
Conduct regular production quality inspections to identify defects, non-compliance, and deviations, and assess the effectiveness of quality control measures for improvement.
Ensuring the production and maintenance work adheres to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), quality standards and legal requirements.
Providing training and guidance to staff on quality control processes and best practices.
Analysing data and performance metrics related to quality control to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Performing the Supplier Quality Management to monitor and improve the quality of incoming materials and components.
Preparing and presenting reports to management on quality control performance and progress.
Working closely with other departments such as production, engineering, and customer support to ensure a seamless quality control process across the organization.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical).
A Minimum of 2 -3 years related working experience.
Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be advantageous.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under minimum supervision.
Must be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality with high integrity and commitment.
