Creating timelines for all promotions, including filling item lists, artwork design by the designer, POSM printing, promotion price setting, retail briefings, and POSM allocation, ensuring smooth execution of all promotions.
Negotiate promotion prices, POSM content design, printing materials, production techniques, costs, and warehouse schedules for outgoing goods with suppliers.
Ensure optimal shopping experiences in all branches by coordinating with the operations department for store decorations and layout enhancements.
Ensure supplier-rented display spaces or shelves are properly utilized, and update in-store POSM according to current promotion themes, such as hanging mobiles, standees, gondola posters, cashier posters, and dual-screen displays.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure additional A&P support, including advertising funds, extra POSM, gifts, rebates, vouchers, and samples, reducing promotion costs.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfil supplier requirements, such as in-store product displays and social media postings and provide feedback to suppliers.
Develop and implement monthly outreach strategies to promote the brand and its products/services.
Identify and establish partnerships with school, corporate, and community organizations
Coordinate with internal teams to align outreach activities with overall marketing campaigns.
Plan, organize, and execute outreach events and community activities.
Work with retail, pharmacist, and training department to ensure the success of events.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of events, making recommendations for future improvements.
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products/services.
Develop marketing materials such as poster, POSM, social media posts, and online ads.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
Job Requirement
Must possess a Diploma or Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Marketing and communication expertise
Creative and with good writing skills
Able to interact well with all management levels of people
Positive working attitude, willing to learn and punctual
Knowledge of digital tools, and computer competences
Required languages: Must be at least able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia
