- Assist and implement social media campaign and daily posts, updates and community management with the appointed agency
- Assist in creating and curating content for corporate social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, with responsibilities including but not limiting to video filming and editing.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and track key performance indicators.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative content / campaigns.
- Keeping up to date with social media trends, practices, and developments.
- Review and ensure brand and corporate messaging guidelines adhered across all social media content
2. Corporate Responsibility
- Assist the team to plan, execute and manage the corporate responsibility initiatives aligned with Sun Life’s philanthropy strategies
- Assist to build relationships and manage day-to-day communications with stakeholders, such as community, NGO partners and agency
- Assist in the execution of the activation activities/events and follow-up on the required publicity or social media opportunities
- Support the reporting of progress/performance of planned initiatives to ensure KPIs are met
- Assist to analyse and respond to all sponsorship requests
- Research on new corporate philanthropy opportunities and/or partners.
3. Internal and External Communications
- Assist the team to manage all aspects of internal and external communications activities/campaigns and content development
- Ensure all PR and marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and compliance/legal requirements.
- Works collaboratively with team members from various units/departments to identify engaging content that best communicate the brand’s stories and initiatives
- Coordinate the writing, editing and production of a broad range of communication documentations, such as articles, EDMs, letters, presentations, newsletters, staff communications, both internal and external, as-and-when required
- Assist to research and report any potential brand abuse cases monitored by Fraud Watch.
4. PR and Communications
- Assist the Senior Manager/Manager to execute PR and content marketing campaigns, events/activities
- Co-ordinate with PR agency in execution of planned PR initiatives
- Write, edit and proof-read various PR materials such as news releases, branded articles, fact sheets, profiles, speeches, briefing documents, etc
- Assist in managing media enquiries and perform daily media monitoring and flag news/industry issues of interest.
- Measure and report PR initiatives performance to align with unit and departmental goals.
5. General
- Assist in administrative paperwork, vendors onboarding and payment processes, and maintaining proper records.
- To undertake all other duties that may be assigned on ad-hoc basis by the superior/management from time to time.
