Your day-to-day:
- Perform the daily purchasing operational duties such as purchase orders, reordering to replenish stock, review slow moving items and any reconciliations etc. for monthly closings
- Update and maintain vendor master list, database etc.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly reports and ensure timely reporting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
You are ideal candidate because:
- Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Preferably 1 to 2 years relevant experience however fresh graduate are encouraged to apply for junior vacancy
- Proactive, meticulous, attention to detail, and strong analytical in numbers
- Experience in ERP will be an advantage
- Mature, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft programs
- Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and a flexibility to work on weekend/public holiday when required
- Possess the flexibility to outstation when required

- Good interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English & Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
