- Assist the project department to monitor project to complete the assigned projects in a timely manner and within budget allocated.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon
- Manage resource assignments to the project, and proactively identify resource challenges
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Recap and create debriefs for every completed project; facilitate discussions on lessons learned and new knowledge gained; document properly and share
- Required Language(s): Mandarin and English. Bahasa Malaysia is optional.
- Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) (3D) software.
- In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, codes, and structural analysis.
- Minimum diploma or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar.
- Ability to apply the fundamentals of sketching and design.
- Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
