(A) Responsibilities
Assist accounts department in the following:-
· Data entry for billing.
· Prepare payment vouchers & cheque.
· Check emails, documentation filing & recording.
· Maintain petty cash, cash book, staff claims, office supplies.
· Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and other related tasks as and when required by the superior.
(B) Requirements
· Min. education level STPM/Certificate/Diploma. Preferably with accounting knowledge but in any related field is welcome to apply.
· No working experience required but must be keen to learn.
· Able to communicate and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
· Must have basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office and email. It’s an added advantage if familiar with accounting software.
· Able to work independently and work effectively in a team too.
· Able to pay attention to detail and have good time management.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
