Trainer

Job Description:

• Work with managers to identify training needs and plan training sessions.
• Learn about the company’s products and create effective training programs.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and one-on-one training sessions.
• Create educational materials, including summaries, presentations, videos, and recordings.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of blockchain and Web3 is an advantage.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks related to the field of work as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a corporate trainer or speaker.
• Familiarity with effective teaching methods.
• Knowledge of teaching tools like Zoom, Twitter Spaces, etc.
• Willingness to learn new corporate training techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good at critical thinking and decision-making. Proactive and responsible.
