  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems in a call center environment. Your tasks will include setting up how the AI in the chat channel understands and responds to customers, analyzing overall data to understand customer and system behavior for improved effectiveness, and preparing advertisements or slides for presentation purposes.

You may refer to the job details:-

Project: Ecommerce

Intake Date: 21st October 2024

  • Guide AI model training by labeling and categorizing data.
  • Analyze logs and user feedback using data-driven methods to improve AI coverage, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate AI performance.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights based on analysis and findings.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features.
  • Review and update the knowledge base for chatbots and help centers.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Pivot Tables, as well as experience in eCommerce, is a plus.

Remuneration range (Included allowances): RM2,400 - RM2,800

Operating hour: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)

Office Location: Menara Public Bank 2, Raja Chulan

Terms:

  • The said position is under a permanent position.
  • Three (3) months of probation
  • 12 days of Annual Leave Entitlement
  • EPF/SOCSO/EIS
  • RM80/month panel clinic coverage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
