As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager Designer to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Manager Designer who will be responsible for overseeing the design sales process from client consultation to project delivery. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, design knowledge, and leadership ability to drive the company’s revenue and design success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Efforts: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, providing tailored renovation and interior design solutions.
  • Design Proposals: Develop and present design concepts and proposals that align with client expectations and budget.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, consistently tracking and analyzing sales performance.
  • Project Management: Oversee the design process, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery in collaboration with the design and operations teams.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the sales and design team, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality client experiences.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt and improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or design role, preferably in interior design, renovation, or related industries.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, design expertise, and a solid understanding of sales strategies and processes.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
  • Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the design and operations teams.
