- Conduct internal and external audits and inspections.
- Train staff on food safety and quality standard procedures (SOP).
- Evaluate and upgrade existing certifications to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
Research & Development
- Lead new product development initiatives.
- Improve the quality of existing products.
- Innovate with new flavors and ingredients.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to ensure product quality and consumer satisfaction.
Production & Manufacturing
- Oversee food processing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Implement new technologies and methods to enhance production efficiency.
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Chemistry, Food Processing, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in conducting experiments and analyzing data.
- A strong ability to innovate and develop new products.
- A thorough understanding of food regulation requirements.
- Expertise in implementing food quality control measures.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in the baking industry is highly preferred.
