In your role, you will be supported by a servicing team committed to delivering the highest deliverables to your clients.

Job Skills:

  • Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, managing, and expanding existing customer relationships to maximize growth opportunity
  • Strong verbal and written communication including compelling presentation skills
  • Experience in consultative selling skills
  • Experience in making cold calls and following up on warm leads

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and secure potential clients throughout cold market
  • Manage customer relationship, retaining and expanding the existing relationship and drive volume and revenue continuously
  • Collaborate with support and operations departments to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Preferably mandarin speaking
  • Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma or above
  • Proactive, motivated, committed, presentable and a team player
  • Strong self-motivation with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • At least 1 years of experience in corporate sales and key account management
  • Demonstrable track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts on a regional or national level
  • Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision makers
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers at all levels
  • Experience in developing new revenue streams
  • Ability to develop good quality proposals and present to a large audience
  • Experience in simple program/ project management
  • Must have strong presentation skills that appeals to audience emotionally
