RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Promote company’s properties and services.
  • Study competitors marketing strategies and product development.
  • Develop good rapport with press, business associates, government agency to promote company’s brand, products and services.
  • Provide input for product development and improvement.
  • Monitor cleanliness & defect of show houses and scale models.
  • Ensure information in all marketing material is up to date.
  • Ensure sales materials in sales gallery, sample and show houses are sufficient for distribution to all prospects.
  • Arrange for product and sales launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Attend roadshow, property exhibitions, events.
  • Maintain proper arrangement and filing of all research materials for easy retrievals.
  • To carry out marketing plan efficiently to achieve sales target.
  • Monitoring on A&P expenses and reporting.
  • Liaison with government agencies such as Ministry of Housing, SUK and any other agencies that related to property for any licensing application.
  • Research and compile for competitor development info and update monthly.
  • Propose and arrange for roadshow, exhibition, property fair, soft-launch, official launch, events.
  • Conduct customer surveys/profile/demographic/source analysis and reporting for improvement.
  • Timely feedback on marketing campaigns with recommendation for future improvement.
  • Any other duties/tasks as assigned by the Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. Diploma in Business Management & Marketing or relevant field, preferably in Property / Real Estate Industry.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in similar industry.
  • Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to formulate marketing communication plans.
  • Able to work independently and diligently to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Pleasant personality and good team player.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Responsive and have sense of urgency.
  • Good time management.
  • Responsible to tasks assigned.
  • Good command of English and good interpersonal skills
  • Good Analytical skill
  • Microsoft Office knowledge for Excel and PowerPoint.
