JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for processing staff payroll on a monthly basis and staff claims.
  • Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding related matters.
  • Responsible for monitoring and updating staff attendance and leave applications.
  • Responsible for conducting staff performance management and identifying training if needed.
  • Oversee staff discipline, rules & regulations, any disciplinary action to be taken.
  • Prepared HR-related documentation such as memos, employee handbooks, offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, show cause letters, etc.
  • Maintain proper filing for all HR related documents.
  • JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
    • A minimum of one (1) year in payroll processing & HR Management experience preferred.
    • Detailed oriented, excellent interpersonal skills with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to start work ASAP is an added advantage.
