  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Thie position will be attached in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh.

Preferable speaking Vietnamese language it a must

  • Determine product requirements and customer needs, organize the preparation of product development task books, evaluate the explicit and implicit expectations of customers, communicate them within the company, and ensure that the company's functions recognize its ability to meet customer requirements
  • Responsible for the quality management of product sales and after sales service
  • Responsible for formulating contract review and service procedure documents and related work instruction
  • Presiding over contract review and supervision of contract implementation
  • Strengthen after sales technical services, pay attention to quality information, tracking timely
  • Feedback customer quality information to the quality department, and cooperate with the quality department to analysis and process.
  • continuously improve the quality of after sales services in combination with sales and technical service activities, collect extensive scientific and technological information, market and economic information.
  • conduct statistical analysis of sales and customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis
  • open up new market and new areas
  • Responsible for providing the corresponding management review input information.

    • Expertise:

    • At least 5 years working experience in relevant field
    • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese
    • Able to work independently and as a team player
    • Good spoken and written in English and Vietnamese
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
    • Experience in costing is an added advantage
    • Knowledge of administrative and manufacturing procedures
