Job Description :

1. Provide support and daily issue resolution.

2. Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the level one issues in computer hardware and software as laptops and PCs

3. Providing assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.

4. Installing and upgrading hardware and software and providing complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end user systems

5. Coordinating with the third party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same

6. Respond to help desk tickets within established service levels for PC related issues.

7. Work to research and document help desk tickets which become maintenance and enhancement requests.

8. Provide a timely response to telephone, email and tickets requests from users.

9. Provide timely communication to users regarding all aspects of the end-user services.

10. Prepare monthly reports regarding user requests and performance statistics.

11. Requires strong analytical skills.

12. Supporting and assisting colleagues and working with other support groups and vendors for solving issues

  • Requirements:

    1. Technical degree or equivalent.

    2. Experience in PC Support related field.

    3. Good verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service orientation.

    4. Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

    5. Understanding of WAN/LAN.

    6. Knowledge in standard corporate PC software (i.e. Microsoft 365 / Sharepoint / Teams / OneDrive) and hardware.

    7. Basic printer setup and debugging knowledge
