Job Responsibilities for Primary School Senior Management Executive:

• Ensure smooth running of classes;
• Supervising the academic and administrative staff;
• Chairing meetings and overseeing school assemblies (including morning assemblies);
• Handling communications and feedback from parents;
• Monitoring the academic progress, discipline and wellbeing of students;
• Counselling based on Christian principles as we are a Christian based school;
• Overseeing and coordinating examinations;
• Overseeing the production of student progress reports, class and exam timetables and ordering of textbooks and other school materials;
• Overseeing and coordinating school events and activities;
• Overseeing the induction and training of teachers and administrative staff;
• Assisting the Directors in liaising and communicating with government authorities;
• Any other duties and tasks as prescribed by management in relation to the day-to-day operations of Arrows.

Job Requirements:

Requirements for the position:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in the relevant field of study).
• Required language(s): English. Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Preferably 3 to 5 Year(s) of relevant working experience in a school.
• Should be someone who loves interacting with and have a heart for children.
• Able to work independently.
