Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

Partnership Identification: Conduct research to identify potential partners that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Evaluate the compatibility of partner offerings, target markets, and value propositions.

2. Negotiation and Agreement: Initiate and lead negotiations with potential partners, including discussions on terms, mutual benefits, and contractual agreements. Draft, review, and finalize partnership agreements while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications and inquiries.

4. Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to align partnership strategies with the organization's goals. Coordinate the execution of joint initiatives and projects with partners.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess the performance of partnerships against key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives. Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to partnership strategies.

6. Communication and Reporting: Regularly update senior management and relevant stakeholders on partnership progress and outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations that highlight the impact and value of partnerships.

7. Market Analysis and Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor partnerships. Provide insights and recommendations to shape partnership strategies.
8. Compliance and Legal Oversight:Ensure that partnership agreements comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual or compliance issues.
9. Budget Management: Manage the revenue budget and gross profit associated to each partner, ensuring it into the agreements.

Bachelor’s degree/ Diplomaor equivalent

5 years and more of relevant industry or consulting experience.

• Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

• Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and emotional intelligence.

• Maturity to engage and collaborate with senior executives.

• The candidate for this position will be self-motivated, be proactive taking initiative and going beyond his call of duty, be helpful and service-oriented
