Responsibilities
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients within named accounts.
- Utilize various tools and methods (cold calling, email campaigns, social selling) to generate leads.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
2. Qualifying Leads:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and determine their fit with our solutions.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads before passing them to the BD.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for BDs with qualified prospects.
3. Collaborating with Business Development team:
- Work closely with BDs to develop and implement targeted account strategies.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to BDs.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and be a reliable point of contact for prospects.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and report on lead generation and qualification activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to the sales team.
