Job Purpose: The Regional Role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing activities to achieve the company's goals and objectives. They will work closely with the brand and operation team to implement marketing strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
    • Create and manage content for marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
    • Monitor website analytics and optimize content for better performance.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase sales pipeline.
    • Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Events :
    • Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of event participation and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist in the development of marketing budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
    • Communicate marketing strategies and initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • preferably with over 3 years of marketing experience in technology, content, games industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
