Site Supervisor

As our company continues to grow intensively in the coming near future, we are looking for growth driven individuals to build our pioneer core builders team together.

• Overview: The site supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
• Quality Control: Ensure that work meets quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.
• Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Schedule Management: Monitor progress against project schedules and milestones. Make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Budget Management: Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure they align with the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and prevent cost overruns.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress. Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as delays, conflicts, or unexpected obstacles. Implement solutions to keep the project on track.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and any changes to the original plan.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the construction team to maximize productivity and ensure a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and permits throughout the construction process.
