Job Descriptions

  • Manage the process of client requests to start their confinement nanny (CN) services.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to arrange the most appropriate CNs for them pertaining to their case.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to support their processes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of all necessary information from relevant WA groups and enter all information required into the company database.
  • Manage our CN entire life cycle collaboration with us which include facilitating their entry into Singapore, arranging and securing assignments for them, facilitating their lodging between job and managing and resolving their grievances.
  • Assist to manage and improve relations with CNs to reduce turnover rate.
  • Managing CN break days between jobs to achieve optimal productivity.
  • Keep records of all interactions with CN and enter all information required into the company database.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
  • Job Requirements

  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking coworkers)
  • 1 year of coordination-related experience can be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Willing to work on a 5-day work week rotational roster.
    Working Hour: 10am - 7pm
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
