Job Purpose:
As an Account Manager (Sales), you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while meeting company targets for retention, growth, and profitability. You will also assist the Managing Director in managing key projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, while managing and growing key customer accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for assigned products and accounts, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and allocate sales resources to achieve agreed-upon targets and maximize revenue growth.

Customer Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging innovative marketing approaches to attract and retain customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase our offerings and generate interest.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare and submit accurate sales-related documents, including daily, monthly, and progress reports to management, covering sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication regarding debt collection for invoiced amounts.

Mentorship and Leadership

  • Support junior team members by providing guidance on sales processes, company policies, and best practices.
  • Set a positive example through effective communication and responsiveness to client needs.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Customer Service Department and Operations Department, to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company products through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Manage relationships with principals through effective communication; monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads; and submit principal reports on time.
  • Track updates on market trends, industry needs and developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
