Job Description:
- Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts, including identifying potential customers and projects.
- Proactively develop new business and market new products, customers, and channels, and segments.
- Conduct competition analysis and updates. Research and identify new market opportunities. Sensitive to market movement, trends, and information.
- Initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
- Follow up and engage in negotiation with customers while ensuring compliance to Company's pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong customers relationships while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions of company’s services and products to them.
- Understanding plan drawings and measurement calculations.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil/ Architecture/ Construction Management or related engineering field or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in sales in building material or services.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Familiar in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power-point).
- Able to work independently and possess good technical, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess own transport.
