  • Attend to walk-in customer(s) and incoming call(s) enquiry.
  • Support on the daily operational & administrative function including any transactions relating to bank, lawyer, TNB, SAJ, Majlis & etc.
  • To prepare all the sales form, transfer/change lot, rebate, discount, termination form & etc and check Sales & Purchase Agreement & other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate and ensure that customer's defect complaints are captured & attended accordingly. Key the defect details into system whenever complaints are lodged by the purchaser/owner.
  • To monitor & arrange for the landscape maintenance, site security guard duty & site cleanliness.
  • To highlight to Manager/Superior any issues arisen from the respective branches.
  • Ensuring the best practice of sales service / support to customer and achieve “Excellent” or “Good” rating upon Purchaser Satisfaction Survey during Vacant Possession/key handover.
  • To prepare documentation (including update & submission of Vacant Possession report) and follow procedure in handing over key to purchaser.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
