We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive our Oncology/Haematology therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement portfolio selling strategies for Oncology/Haematology therapeutic areas.
  • Align brands to enable the sales team to meet sales and market share targets.
  • Execute cost-effective sales promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the sales team and General Manager, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustaining brand positioning.
  • Develop effective communication tools, detailing aids, training manuals, and presentations for market intermediaries, trade partners, end consumers, institutions, and the sales team.
  • Facilitate training, motivation, and development of sales staff, wellness promoters, and support staff on brand strengths and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer behavior to build a satisfied consumer base and grow market share.
  • Analyse competitors and market trends through SWOT analysis and provide ROI analysis on sales and marketing activities to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies, doctors, hospitals, and other stakeholders to support Mega Bio-Life brands.
  • Understand trade terms, agreements, and implement pharmacy programs and business agreements with logistic partners.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and internal regulatory personnel to obtain timely approvals and stay updated on regulatory requirements for new pipeline drugs.
  • Continuously update knowledge on the nutritional/health supplement industry, marketing concepts, and improve communication and leadership skills.
  • Prepare and seek approval for marketing annual plans and brand plans from the Country GM

  • In-depth product, market, and customer insights
  • Prior experience in Oncology/Haematology) portfolio is a must.

Qualification

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Science or Business.
  • Candidates with 3-5 years sales experience, who have excellent network with Oncologists & Haematologists in Malaysia and desirous of making a career in Marketing are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in product management function from healthcare/pharmaceutical/marketing in multinational company environment.
