Qualifications & experience
- - Possess at least a Diploma in any related field
- - At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in front office administration or in a retail customer service environment.
- - Has good interpersonal skills with pleasant personality and enjoy interacting with people
- - Has good sense of responsibility and pro-active
- - 5 day’s work weeks based on work schedule
- - Able to work on Saturday occasionally
- - Has good Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS Excel.
Tasks & responsibilities
- - To manage the daily operations at counter and provide good customer service and membership support
- - Works independently and takes ownership of issues
- - Handle tactful resolutions of queries and escalations from both internal and external customers
- - Good understanding of company operations, policies & procedures, marketing plan and promotions
- - Ensure the work area are properly maintained and aligned to the company’s corporate guidelines and image
- - Ensure full compliance to the laid down procedures and processes as provided by company
- - Maintains and update customer’s concern/feedback, issue and resolution into the case management system
- - Prepare reports as required for data analysis and marketing plan
- - Marketing support in updating collaterals, website, event co-ordination, preparation
- - Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned
