Job Scope:

  • Collect Branches Mails from Office Services Department.
  • Check the accuracy of important documents received from branches.
  • Prepare documents receive from branches and HQ.
  • Scan/ Index all documents.
  • Daily update accurately the carton number.
  • To retrieve documents request by branches and HQ.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
  • Other responsibilities entailed.

Specific Requirements

SPM/Diploma: RM1,700 - RM1,800

  • Possess a minimum of SPM/Diploma of any discipline and/or related.
