Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical

Job Summary
To check, monitor, coordinate, liaise and inspect works of Mechanical contractors. To liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Consultants, Civil & Structure, Mechanical and Electrical and Architecture with regards to issue / problem with Mechanical Works.

Key Responsibilities
• Check / study design / construction drawings issued by consultants.
• Check / study shop drawings prepared by contractors.
• Coordinate at site for Mechanical services with Electrical, ELV, C&S and Architecture.
• Monitor and check on the physical installation of Mechanical works at site.
• Attend design coordination meeting with Consultants, Contractors, and Clients.
• Liaise with Mechanical Contractors on site inspection.
• Prepare submission (shop drawings, samples etc.) to Consultants.
• Understand and adhere to site safety plan and procedure at project site.
• Understand and adhere to QAQC policy and procedures at project site.
• Attend Safety Toolbox meeting at site
•To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
•Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications
•Degree in Mechanical engineering

• Punctual, responsible, ale to communicate with others and willing to learn
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills are primary attributes as the position entails close liaison with the management and relevant authorities, good business acumen network

Skills & Abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills are primary attributes as the position entails close liaison with the management and relevant authorities, good business acumen network
• 1- 3 years' experience in M&E works related.
