Responsible for curating, facilitating & supervising an exciting and diverse range of recreational activities and events to enhance the overall experience of the hotel guests. This role aims to enhance the overall experience of the hotel guests by fostering an environment of enjoyment, engagement, and community.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement creative and innovative activity programs that cater to the diverse interests of participants.
  • Plan and coordinate a range of events, games, workshops, and outings to ensure a well-rounded and exciting activity schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members to design themed activities and special events for holidays, celebrations, and special occasions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Promote and market activities to increase participation and engagement among guests, including revenue generating activities, sports, fitness, team building and nature related activities, themed activities

  • Job Requirement:

    1. Preferably Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management/Events Management/Sports & Recreation Management or its equivalent
    2. Preferably with related working experience in Activity/Recreation with at least 2 years in managerial position
    3. Computer literate with ability to writing reports and able to manage finances which includes budget and expenses control
