Job Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation:

- Develop high-quality graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital content.
- Create compelling visuals for presentations and reports that convey project concepts and development progress.
- Design signage and promotional materials for events, exhibitions, and launches.

2. Brand Management:

- Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence through innovative design solutions.

3. Digital Content:

- Design and optimize graphics for websites, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing and effective in reaching target audiences.
- Create infographics and visual content that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales and marketing team to understand design concepts and translate them into visual formats.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.

5. Market Research:

- Stay updated on design trends and technologies, as well as competitor activities, to inform design strategies and keep our visuals relevant and engaging.

6. Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure design expectations are understood and met.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in marketing and branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and sustainability practices is a plus.
