Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and material selections.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
• Create and manage detailed design plans using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools.
• Source and select furniture, materials, and finishes that align with the project’s design concept and budget.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure design execution aligns with project specifications.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are met and provide creative solutions to any on-site challenges.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovations to projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in interior design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D MAX, Enscape, or Photoshop.
• Strong sense of creativity, an eye for detail, and excellent space planning skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods related to interior design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with budgeting and cost estimation for design projects.
• Passion for design trends, materials, and innovations in the interior design space.
