  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualification Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma in Agriculture/ Plantation or any relevant field.
  • At least experienced in the oil palm plantation industry.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Understanding of labor law, estate operation, environment and safety requirements.
  • Work independently, dynamic and result oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good people management, communication and report writing skills.
  • Willing to work and live in plantation environment.

Job Description

  • To assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager in planning, scheduling and assigning field works/ activities to the workers by following the Company’s program, guidelines and practices.
  • To assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager in managing the areas assigned in various aspects including land development, maintenance of optimum crop production, cost management, field maintenance at tip-top condition and overall estate operations.
  • Assist in supervising palm oil tree planting, nursery management and field maintenance.
  • To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by Manager.
