Duties & Responsibilities:
- To perform and updating Master List vs Customer BOM for forecast project planning functions such as material purchase planning and shop floor production schedule in order to render
- Punctual in assembly and delivery to customers for the assigned product.
- To initiate production progress update and aged lots follow-up with related department / section include outsource sub-con whenever necessary.
- To coordinate and liaise with related department / section in order to hold commit schedule to customer, production job starts and completion date and shipping instruction.
- To organize production meeting with related production department on setting of production plan, resource and capacity arrangement based on HQ production instruction.
- Coordinate with HOD in resolving project planning and control issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete job orders on-time and within customer specifications.
- To perform the report and analysis of Project tracking status and capability to fulfil customer demand and future business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration /Management
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (fluent in speaking and writing)
• Preferable 2 years of production planning working experience.
• Good knowledge in MS application Office (Excel and Power Point).
• Possess analytical skills, good communication skill, positive attitude and can work in a team.
