Job Description

  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial close processes.
  • Conduct bank and account reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance tasks.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification /Requirement

  • At least LCCI Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Knowledge in UBS/SQL/ERP Accounting System are added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BAYAN LEPAS.
