Job Description
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial close processes.
- Conduct bank and account reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance tasks.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification /Requirement
- At least LCCI Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge in UBS/SQL/ERP Accounting System are added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BAYAN LEPAS.
