  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities' :

  • To in-charge & manage overall after sales service division
  • To prepare after sales service business direction and department collaboration
  • To prepare after sales service department budget.
  • Workforce planning and training both internal & external for after sales service department
  • To handle technical warranty management not limit to tribunals handling, defect resulting from design, material, workmanship identification, field technical support & product.
  • To handle dealer field service planning not limit to constantly planning campaigns & events to bring up customer satisfaction and after sales service level.
  • To achieve part sales objectives through excellent after sales service planning

Job requirement

  • Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidate without Degree but having good experience in after sales service related in Automotive related field (OEM / Big Dealer) are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work at Batu Kawan Penang
  • 1 Full time position available.
