Responsibility:
  • Support Hr team on administrative matters
  • Manage payroll administration tasks and software data updating
  • Keep track and administration the access cards, attendance system, update and keep track of the attendance
  • Administrates ER matters, update and keep track of insurance data.
  • Update company software on HR activities, new hires, resigns and training
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Offices (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc:)
  • At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Must work alternate Saturday (8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
