Responsibility:
- Support Hr team on administrative matters
- Manage payroll administration tasks and software data updating
- Keep track and administration the access cards, attendance system, update and keep track of the attendance
- Administrates ER matters, update and keep track of insurance data.
- Update company software on HR activities, new hires, resigns and training
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Offices (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc:)
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must work alternate Saturday (8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
