Job Tasks:

The Operations Executive is assist for overseeing retail operations, asset management, outlet expansion & opening, and warehousing & logistic management across all outlets.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Co-create and execute operation policied and processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate maintenance scheduling for facilities and equipment across outlets.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock supply between HQ and retail outlets.
  • Source, negotiate and liaise with external suppliers for salon and medical related products or equipment.
  • Assist in stock audit cycles and maintain equipment lists.

Equipement, Machine Maintenance & Outlet Upkeep

  • Oversee maintenance schedules and procedures for equipment and machines used in treatments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers or service providers for routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all treatment equipment and machines are in optimal working condition to deliver quality services to clients.
  • Ensure outlets are well-maintained and presentable to enhance the customer experience.

Warehousing & Logistic Management

  • Oversee the warehousing operations to ensure efficient storage and distribution of beauty products and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage inventory levels and timely delivery of goods to retail outlets.
  • Monitor warehouse safety and security protocols to safeguard products and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records and identify discrepancies.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and condition of beauty products and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the beauty or helathcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
