  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct quality checking throughout out the process flow from Receiving (incoming raw material) to Distribution (outgoing finished goods).
  • Pay attention to detail and ensure adherence to Halal & food safety standard.
  • Oversee, record and compile all relevant QC activities on a scheduled basis according to JAKIM & BKKM requirements.
  • Assist in Halal and food safety standard documentation.
  • Perform inspections and lab analysis on imported & in-house goods to verify their compliance with specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all personnel comply with the Production SOP especially safety & cleanliness.
  • Ensure all machineries & equipment are accurate and calibrated accordingly.
  • Supervise pest control activities conducted by appointed external contractor.
  • Monitor and eliminate of any possible risk and quality-deviation.
  • Respond to any feedback / complaints from customers related to QC.
  • Perform any other task or duties assigned by supervisor / management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Bachelor or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field of studies.
  • Candidate with 1year of experience in quality assurance within the food processing industry will be prioritized.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., JAKIM, BKKM).
  • Possessed strong work ethics
  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
