Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness, cross-checking against source documents.
  • Regularly update records to ensure data is current and accurate.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper records.
  • Generate reports as needed using data entry systems and tools.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure data needs are met and that deadlines are maintained.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data, adhering to company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with data entry software or database management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
  • Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.
  • Strong ability to organize tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor data entry issues and escalate when necessary

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,400.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
