Job Scope

Handle B2B inbound calls, regarding the merge of UOB and Citibank.

3 weeks of training would be provided, to enhance your customer service experience.

Working Hours:

Monday-Sunday (only required to work for 5 working days)

8am-11PM (only required to work for 8 hours )

Job Application Process:

1) Interview: F2F (Face-to face) Interview

2) Documentation

(NRIC, updated resume, Academic Certificate, UOB Application Form, Conditional Offer letter)

3) Background-check (BGC) on documentation, records of loans, shareholders or criminal records. BGC feedback (1 week).

4) Offer letter will be sent out via e-mail.

The necessary documents are :

1. The filled out UOB Application form, with handwritten signatures

2. A copy of your IC front and back

3. Academic Transcript/ Certificate (Ensure studies are completed)

4. Updated resume

Salary Breakdown:

Degree holder with min 1 year customer service experience - RM 3000

Degree holder with no experience (fresh grad) - RM 2800

Diploma holder with min 2 years of experience- RM 2800

Diploma holder withless than 2 years of experience or fresh grad - RM 3000

SPM*/STPM holder withmin 2 years customer service experience- RM 2600

*SPM holder must have Credit in Math & Eng*

Additional Information:

Interview Process: f2f interview arrangement (UOB) - results - onboarding

Working Period: Its 6 Months renewable subject to performance

Working Location:

Menara UOB, UOB Plaza Jalan Raja Laut, and Menara Citibank Jalan Ampang

Contract:

6 Months , Renewable, subject to performance

Face-to-Face Interview: 30th May 2024 - 31st May 2024

Starting Date: 19th June 2024
