Job Description:
- Utilize effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and procedures to achieve team goals.
- Collaborate with your immediate manager to motivate the team and monitor performance.
- Mentor and guide associates to enhance their individual performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets with minimal direct supervision.
- Prioritize client needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with performance measured using specific metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- SPM (credit in Math or English) or STPM with minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
Working Time:
8am - 5pm / 2pm - 11pm
Monday to Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days)
Salary: RM2600-RM3000 based on education level & experience
Term and Contract: 6 months (renewable based on performance)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
