Task & Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals and brand identity, ensuring consistent growth and engagement across all platforms. Performance Tracking: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Content Creation: Craft captivating, shareable content for platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on engaging a diverse audience. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to design visually appealing, on-brand content that resonates with the target audience. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations, proactively adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Community Engagement: Foster positive interactions by responding to comments, messages, and conversations, creating a strong online community. Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach, drive brand awareness, and increase engagement. Reporting & Insights: Regularly track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific insights. Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
