  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Scope of work

⁠ ⁠Provide 1st level of technical support and functional assistance to end user's PC/Laptop and Handheld devices only.

⁠ ⁠Format, setup, configure, image PC/Laptop and Handheld devices.

⁠ ⁠Install and setup computer peripherals for end users.

⁠ ⁠Computer hardware/software troubleshooting.

⁠ ⁠Coordination with Vendor on their IT System Support & Troubleshooting

⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot and support for all Servers, Storage, CCTV, Door Access, Networking & Firewall

⁠ ⁠Coordination with Vendor on their IT System Support & Troubleshooting

⁠ ⁠RMA Management (*Equipment must have valid support contract from principal)

⁠ ⁠Principle Escalation & Coordination

⁠ ⁠Ticketing System w/ Ticketing Report [Yearly / Upon Request]

SKILLS:

1.⁠ ⁠Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, outlook, Office;

2.⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of LAN, mobile printers, scanners, and multifunction printers;

4.⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge to support Wireless Infrastructure

5. Basic knowledge of manufacturing applications.

Location: Butterworth, Penang

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary Range: MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,000

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
