Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee all sales and marketing operations for assigned and new accounts.
• Implement marketing strategies with guidance from senior management and demonstrate self-guidance in executing plans.
• Ensure client requirements are consistently met and maintained.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and internationally, including the ability to find and engage customers independently.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales trends.
• Participate in trade shows and prepare effective sales pitches.
• Maintain and achieve sales targets as given by management every three months and actively challenge oneself to exceed those targets.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; additional dialects are a bonus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of products and materials.
• Experience in selling wood and renovation products (e.g., high-pressure laminates, MDF boards) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license, own transport, and willingness to travel alone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude, self-guidance, and a willingness to challenge oneself.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Location: Batu 11, Cheras.
