As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for performing professional massage therapy, body treatments and facials and remains current with the industry as well as assessing guest needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and maintaining a clean and tranquil spa environment.

Scope:

  • Provide spa treatments and services to guests according to established protocols.
  • Perform various types of massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa therapies.
  • Assess guest needs and customise treatments to address individual concerns.
  • Ensure a clean and organised spa environment, including treatment rooms and common areas.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Educate guests on spa services, products, and wellness practices.
  • Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, inventory, and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with other spa staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support team goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable and relaxing experience for our guests.
  • Stay updated with the latest spa treatments and techniques through continuous training.

    Requirements:
  • Ideally with a certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Spa Therapist is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a variety of spa treatments and therapies.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities.
