  • Handling various administrative and secretarial support included answering phone calls, emails, filing and retrieving of documents and maintain database and file records.
  • Handling office facilities maintenance and servicing.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place order when necessary.
  • To provide clerical support and other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
  • Assist in the application and renewal of company licenses and permits.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
  • At least 1 year office administrative experience.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Immediate availability is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
