  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.
  • Interface with customers via phone call and emails to attend to their general enquiries for rates, shipments booking and follow up shipment status.
  • Manage forwarding activities and ensure that export goods are cleared in a timely manner.
  • Handle for export (K2/K3/K9/ZB2) permits required for customs submission.
  • Experienced in EDI (Rank Alpha), DagangNet and Port VGM submission
  • To request or compile necessary export documentation such as invoices, packing list, Certificate of Origin, other permit requirement.
  • Creation of booking confirmation to the customers for shipment arrangement.
  • Prepare Shipping Instruction, Bill of lading, Fumigation Certificate.
  • Liaise with customer and agents with proper HS codes and advice duty/ tax amount upon enquiry.
  • Monitor and update containers through the port system. (JCTS / NAVIS)
  • In charge of all aspects of scheduling delivery and logistic planning.
  • Handle logistics problems and generate alternative solutions.
  • Ensure the customers' service requests, enquiries and complaints are attended promptly.
  • To determine and track duties and taxes payable and process payment to customs on behalf of customer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
